You will need to extract these files on your Desktop with the 7zip software.
Then you have to run casusbelli-setup.exe and follow the installation instructions provided.
Yes! Just make sure that you install Casus Belli in the correct folder as the setup program won't automatically detect the Crysis Wars installation directory.
We are aware that the exception raised by the launcher does not make sense. Sorry about that. Yet, there are two ways for fixing this issue.
First, right-click the laucher/shortcut and click "Run as Administrator".
Second, make sure you installed Casus Belli in the Crysis Wars directory. The setup won't auto-detect the Crysis Wars installation directory.
Third, if this did not get fixed, you may run the game by running Run Casus Belli No-Launcher.bat.
If you are having trouble, contact us on our forum boards.
If you downloaded the zipped version, you might have to install the Visual Studio 2010 Redistributable.
To proceed, run the following file: <Crysis Wars>/Mods/casusbelli/Dependencies/vcredist_x86.exe
Make sure you installed Casus Belli for Crysis Wars, not for Crysis.
Also, make sure you installed the Crysis Wars patch 1.5 as described on the installation instructions page.
Either the server requires a valid CD-key to play, or you entered a CD-Key which is already in use.
You should be prompted to change your CD-key. If you do not own a legit CD-ket, you have to type random digits (make sure it's really random, not just "1234...").
If your CD-key is legit, make sure you did not type the dash chararacters - i.e. "-".
If the server requires a valid CD-key, there's nothing you can do about this except purchasing Crysis Wars.
This problem usually occurs when you run Casus Belli using the Crysis Wars "mods" menu or if your game is not up-to-date.
Please keep in mind that Crysis Wars runs in DX10 by default, whereas servers will usually run in DX9.
To fix this problem, make sure you run the game:

Update your graphic card drivers and try to lower your graphics settings. Then try again.
You may delete the your shaders cache and run your game again. To proceed, delete the following folder: My Documents\My Games\Crysis Wars\Shaders.
If the game still crashes, rename the folder /Game/Config/ to /Game/Config1/.
If none of these workarounds work, you may let us know on our forum boards.
By the way, if you have an ATI/AMD graphic card, we're really sorry...

The Crysis Wars engine needs to load the shaders on the first time. This is why you will see green, yellow (or coloured) objects.
The problem should disappear after a couple of minutes.
This bugs seems to occur with ATI/AMD graphics cards when the FSAA is on. Try to disable FSAA.
