Indeed I misread your post. Yet, skipping lines would have made it easier to read I guess.
Anyway, if running the batch file does not work, that means that you did not install Casus Belli in the right place. I never read anyone complaining about not being able to run CB as long as the mod was installed in the right directory.
So, to make sure everything's OK, please can you check you have the following files paths:
<Crysis Wars Installation Directory>\Bin32\Crysis.exe
<Crysis Wars Installation Directory>\Mods\casusbelli\Launcher.exe
For example, for my Steam version, I have:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\crysis wars\Bin32\Crysis.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\crysis wars\Mods\casusbelli\Launcher.exe
If you do have all the files in the right directories and that it does not work, then send me a PM so that we can share our Skype IDs for a realtime help.
Sorry, I don't have a Skype or mic

I checked again to make sure that everything is in the right directory. What I noticed though is that before I got to Crysis.exe in my Crysis Wars directory, there were a few folders I had to go through. I had to click on data before getting to Bin32, and then after clicking on Bin32 I had to go through two folders with random letters and numbers for names before getting to Crysis.exe. If this is not how it's supposed to be, then maybe this is the problem? It could be, but I'm not sure if it is because I am sure I did not install incorrectly. I followed all instructions carefully and used the download link for Crysis Wars that this website provides rather than a random link.
