Okay, after I typed in 20 random digits and letters for a CD-key, I don't get the CD key message. But when I connect to a server it disconnects me every time, I can't even get into a match.

hey dude relaunch your game, after you join a server tape "²" to see whats happening. Sometimes it wrote "sv_pb failed" something like this, u just have to relaunch (thats what i do). Normally once u try to join, it should go in server in a couple of secs.
